Visits outside of our radius of service will incur an additional travel charge.
Our normal business hours are from 7am-7pm, any service scheduled before or after normal business hours will incur a $5 additional charge.
We try to accommodate last-minute service requests, however, visits scheduled less than 24-hrs prior to requested service will incur a $5 additional charge.
A late fee of $5/day will incur if payment is not provided in-full by the time of the first scheduled visit.
We accept and appreciate scheduling in advance! Scheduled time slots are first-come-first-serve.
Our time is valuable, cancelation policy as follows:
For one time scheduling, extended leave visits/vacation visits, and house sitting: a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the service is due at time of booking. The remainder of the payment is to be provided by the time of the first scheduled visit.
For Regular clients: Payment can be made on the first day of service on a weekly or monthly basis. Visits canceled/rescheduled 3 days in advance or more will be applied as a credit towards your next service. Visits cancelled/rescheduled less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable.
For liability reasons, for visits where client is away for more than 24hr, a minimum of 1 visit/day must be scheduled for cats and small caged animals. For dogs, a minimum of 3 visits/day must be scheduled. More visits can be scheduled by the client, upon request and availability.
We are covered by a Pet Sitter Associates insurance policy, however, if at any point during the length of the agreed service, any third-party has access to the premises, our insurance policy and any of its guarantees are void.
